Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how InnoNet handles information we collect through our contact form. This is a baseline policy for review and is intended to reflect the current active data flow of the website.
Information we collect
When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect the information you provide, including your full name, work email address, organization name (if you choose to provide it), and the content of your message.
We do not require any additional personal data to submit the form. We do not use the form to collect payment details, identification numbers, or other sensitive records unless you voluntarily include them in your message.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, understand your project or consulting needs, and contact you about your request. We may also use the information to manage the consultation process and assess the nature of the work involved.
Active processing and email delivery
The active form submission workflow uses Resend to send the message by email to the configured InnoNet contact recipient. In the current implementation, this is the only active processing step for contact form submissions.
The submitted form data is sent to the designated recipient for review and follow-up. We do not currently store form submissions in a database, CRM, or long-term file system as part of the active workflow.
Rate limiting and temporary technical data
To help prevent abuse and spam, we temporarily use the request IP address for rate-limiting purposes. This is handled in memory only and is not stored in a persistent database or permanent record. It is cleared when the server restarts.
Retention
In the current implementation, submitted contact form information is not retained in a database or long-term records. The data is used for the immediate purpose of delivering and responding to the inquiry. Rate-limiting information is temporary and not kept as a permanent archive.
Third-party processing
At present, the active third-party processing step is Resend, which is used solely to deliver the email generated from your form submission. No form submissions are forwarded to other third-party systems for marketing or unrelated purposes in the current active setup.
Your rights and contact
If you would like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted via the contact form, or if you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at drcrisrose@gmail.com.
We review privacy requests in line with applicable requirements and respond as appropriate.
